Fine Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka; Representative Director: Nobutsuna Sasaki; hereinafter “Fine”), a manufacturer and distributor of health foods and pharmaceuticals, has signed a basic agreement with LOTUS FOOD GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY (Headquarters: Ho Chi Minh City; CEO & President: Le Van May; hereinafter “LOTUS GROUP”) regarding a business alliance aimed at expanding its health food business in the Vietnamese market.
